All orders are shipped from South Africa through our international shipping partner FedEx. We offer a flat rate for international shipping, and delivery will take 2-3 business days, excluding Public Holidays.
Shipping Taxes: Many countries add extra import taxes to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Growbag is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.
Missing goods: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. If it is still in the condition in which we sent it, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged goods: If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a clear photograph of the problem. Any damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced.
NB: Before returning an item, please email info[at]growbag.co.za to let us know what you plan to do.
Online & In-store purchases: For items bought in our Watershed shop or OZCF market stall in Cape Town, please present your invoice when claiming a refund. Please note that we can only process a refund once we have received the returned goods, and that shipping costs are not refundable. Before you return an online purchase, please email all the information to info[at]growbag.co.za and we’ll give you the necessary information regarding your return procedure.
Sale items: Sadly we don’t issue refunds for things bought on sale, so please ensure you are happy with your sale item before you buy!
